MPA Skills is in conversation with the Australian Building and Construction Board (ABCB) about the amendment to NCC 2022 Volume Three which limits the allowable lead content in plumbing products, which contain copper alloys and are intended for use in contact with drinking water, to a weighted average lead content of not more than 0.25%.
The ABCB has just published this very useful Implementation Plan which is accessible and contains important updates.
